We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we are pleased to provide sample garments for quality and sizing purposes.

 Quality Samples

Quality samples allow you to inspect the fabric and construction techniques that we use here at Pontoon.

• Request your quality samples emailing us here
• Samples vary in style, colour and embellishments so you can see all aspects of our garments
• If available we’ll send you the sample in the size you requested. If that isn’t available we’ll send the closest available size
• We are happy for you to try garments on but please do not wear them to take part in any activity
• We require a valid credit card before samples are released
• Samples must be returned to Pontoon 14 days after you receive them. We will inspect the garments and if any have been used, soiled or damaged the cost of each affected sample will be charged to the credit card in accordance with our sample cost list
• It is the client’s responsibility to return the items in good condition
• Samples not returned will be presumed purchased and automatically charged to the credit card

Fit Samples

So that you can be sure of getting the best possible fit for your team, Pontoon size packs are readily available.

• Size Samples are available only for orders over $1500
• Size samples must be requested when first enquiring about a new order, a 30% deposit is required to release the size samples
• Order your size samples by emailing us here
• If size samples are not requested, they will not be provided
• We are happy for you to try garments on but please do not wear them to take part in any activity
