What fabric are Pontoon custom polos made from?
Our polos use Titanium performance fabric — a breathable polyester blend with moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties. It holds sublimated colour wash after wash without fading, and stays comfortable against the skin for all-day wear at events, club days and corporate functions.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom polos?
The minimum order is 5 pieces for custom-designed polos. Larger orders unlock tiered pricing discounts visible in the kit designer. You can order polos alongside other garments like singlets or caps within the same design session.
Can I get polos with embroidered logos?
Yes. We offer both sublimation printing and embroidery for polo shirts. Sublimation gives you unlimited colours and full-custom designs dyed into the fabric, while embroidery adds a premium raised-texture finish for crests and sponsor logos. Many clubs combine both techniques.
Are these polos suitable for corporate wear?

Can I reorder the same polo design next season?
Yes. We keep your design on file permanently, so reordering is simple — just contact us with your team name and order reference. No setup fees apply on reorders using the same artwork.
What is your return policy on custom polos?
Because every polo is made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If something is wrong with your order, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
