What fabric are Pontoon custom shorts and pants made from?
Our shorts and track pants use Titanium performance fabric — a breathable, stretch-blend polyester with moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties. The fabric holds sublimated colour wash after wash, so your club colours and logos stay vivid without fading.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom shorts and pants?
The minimum order is 5 pieces per style. So if you need both shorts and track pants with different designs, each style has its own 5-piece minimum. Larger orders unlock tiered pricing discounts visible in the kit designer.
What types of shorts can I design?
You can design training shorts, competition shorts, rowing shorts, running shorts and casual team shorts — all fully sublimated in your colours with logos, names and numbers. The kit designer shows multiple length and style options.
Are the track pants suitable for warm-up and travel?
Yes. Our track pants are designed for warm-up, travel and sideline wear. The tapered fit and stretch fabric allow full movement, while the sublimated colours mean your team looks unified from warm-up to competition.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 3-4 weeks from artwork approval, plus 5-7 days for shipping. Express options may be available for urgent orders — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. After you submit your design through the kit designer, we send a free digital proof for your approval before any production begins. Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.
Can I reorder the same shorts or pants next season?
Yes. Your design is kept on file permanently, so reordering is straightforward — contact us with your team name and order reference. No setup fees apply on reorders using the same artwork.
What is your return policy on custom shorts and pants?
Because every garment is made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If something is wrong with your order, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
