Size Guide
This is a general size guide. The measurements below are body measurements. They refer to the body each size is made to fit, not the flat measurement of the garment. For specific garment measurements, contact us.
Find your size by chest or bust first, then check waist and hip. If two measurements point to different sizes, go with chest or bust. Height is a guide only. Where your height and your chest or bust suggest different sizes, use your chest or bust.
Please note that we don't change our sizes to fit in with other suppliers' garments that you may have received before, and we won't alter our size policy to make garments to your personal measurements. We're a standard team wear manufacturer, not Savile Row!

Kids
Junior sizes carry a K and are keyed to height. Measure the child's height without shoes, find the size, then check chest. Where height and chest point to different sizes, go with chest. If the waist sits above the band, take the next size up.

Height stops separating the sizes at the top of the girls' range. Above about 163cm, chest and hip decide the size rather than height.
How to measure
Use a fabric tape measure, not a metal builder's tape. Wear the underwear you'd normally train in, and measure against bare skin rather than over clothes. Hold the tape comfortably snug. If it cuts in it's too tight, and if you can fit a hand underneath it's too loose.
-
Chest or bust: under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
-
Waist: around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a little loose.
-
Hip: around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
-
Height: measured without shoes. Use it as a guide to narrow the choice, then confirm with your chest or bust.
Fit guide
Fit is the usual sticking point when kit is ordered for a group. Different body shapes may need a different size from the one you'd normally buy, so use the body measurements above rather than the size on the label of something you already own. If you're between sizes, go up.
-
Body fit: stretch comfort, muscle recovery and injury prevention. Used for lycra garments that need to sit close to the body.
-
Athletic fit: body contoured, for non-stretch knitted garments or looser garments made from lycra.
-
Relaxed fit: a relaxed cut for increased mobility, made from non-stretch fabric.
-
Loose fit: a generous cut for outer layers such as tracksuits, spray jackets and hoodies.
