A Little More About The Kit Designer
Once you have designed your custom apparel using the online Kit Designer, and checked out, one of our customer service specialists will be in contact via e-mail within 1-2 business days. You'll be sent a proof which will need to be approved in order to start production. Please carefully check everything so there are no mistakes on the finial product.
To ensure we do the best possible job for you, we prefer vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw. Please also send us a PDF of the final design along with your artwork when using these programs.
There may be an additional set-up time if we receive files that are not in the correct format as we’ll need to recreate them in a vector format. Most logos are simple and don’t take long to convert and we normally don’t charge for this. The most important thing is to ensure that your image is clear.
Please ensure you have the appropriate permission to use the logo you have provided, we may request written confirmation that you are able to use these logos
If you require your order for a certain date or event, please ensure you allow enough time. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please note that Pontoon will not be held responsible for missing a deadline or event due to an unrealistic ordering and shipping timeframe. See Terms and Conditions.

The custom items on our site, like all products on Pontoon carry a minimum of 5 units, in some cases
No problems, most sketches that come to us from the Kit Designer aren't perfect, our artwork team uses these as a starting point to create your own design
The Kit Designer can only recognise .jpegs,.gif. or .png files. If you have a logo in another format, please email it to us and we will apply it for you
