Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before placing your order.

STOCK ITEMS

PRICES

The prices payable for goods shall be those in Pontoon's price list current at the time of dispatch. VAT* where applicable will be added to all amounts payable by the Buyer. Pontoon reserves the right to revise all prices and specifications.

NB: Discounted or free product offers do not apply to products purchased before or after the specified promotional period.

*VAT RATE CHANGE: Our retail prices reflect the current VAT rate and prices shown on our website are correct.

PLACING YOUR STOCK ORDER

When you place an online order you will receive a confirmation email from us. This confirms that we have received your order on our system. If you do not receive a confirmation email we cannot guarantee that your order was processed successfully - therefore please contact us if you are in doubt.

Orders received before 12pm will be despatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Please notify us of any changes to your order before 12pm.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Full payment for online stock orders is required at point of checkout using a Debit or Credit card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If the items you ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch them by the next business day. Standard delivery within the UK is usually between 1 and 3 days using First Class Recorded Delivery. International orders are generally received in 7 to 10 days.

If your item is not in stock, we advise you by email and give you the estimated delivery time or replenishment stock if applicable. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Postage and packaging is charged at the rates detailed in the checkout section of this website.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Pontoon within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Pontoon's mistake we will correct it. To return faulty garments please call for authorisation first (020 8895 6561) and then send them to:

NB: Returned garments must be laundered and clean. Soiled garments will be returned to customers without repair.

Pontoon reserves the right to refuse sale or withdraw from sale any item without reason or notice. If any disputes arise regarding this web site, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws in the UK.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

PLACING YOUR ORDER

We will only begin to process your order and assign an estimated delivery date upon receipt of the following information:

  1. Final style, including fabric colours
  2. Final quantity and sizes
  3. All artwork, logo design, and names and numbers if relevant.
  4. Payment details

If you require individual names or numbers on garments you must provide us with a typed list corresponding to the appropriate names/numbers to the garment size.

Please note: Garment photos and colour charts in our brochure and on our website are representational and may not match the actual fabric. Variations may occur between different fabrics and between sublimated and pre-dyed fabrics.

PAYMENT DETAILS

The following are approved methods of payment for team orders:

  1. a. Full payment in advance by cheque, credit card or BACS transfer
  2. b. Credit Card details to be held as security
  3. c. School/Organisation Purchase Order

Please note, we require payment before goods are despatched - we do not offer any credit agreements. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or BACS transfer (see invoice for bank details).

Pontoon reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts of 5% over the Bank base rate to run from the due date for payments (a week from the date the goods are ready) until full payment has been received.

All goods supplied will remain the sole and absolute property of Pontoon until the Buyer has paid in full.

CHANGING AN ORDER

Our goal is to service all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, please note that once an order is entered into our system, we cannot make changes. Additions will be handled as a separate order with all applicable surcharges.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Due to the complexities involved in custom-manufacturing there are minimum order quantities set on garments to ensure efficient manufacturing:

Pontoon Rowing garments: 6

Pontoon custom jackets and trackpants: 10

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping will be charged at 50p per item with minimum charge of £9.00 on all custom orders. If, however, you are using the Teamroom facility individuals will be charged £2.95 per order.

Not all products are manufactured in the same factory or have equal capacity on their production line. As a general guide:

  • Pontoon Lycra Kit: Approx 4-5 weeks
  • Pontoon Outerwear: Approx 6 weeks
  • Pontoon Technical Kit: Approx 6 weeks
  • Pontoon Casual Kit: Approx 4 weeks

Please note that using the Teamroom online facility may alter these lead times. The lead time will begin once the order window closes.

Orders that require new artwork - we create artwork based on the specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may delay your order.

DUE TO THE VARIABLES INHERENT IN CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, ALL DELIVERY DATES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES & CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
