Returns And Refund Policy

This Returns Policy Applies to Retail Orders Only.

We offer a 14 day return period with a full refund. 

Products Purchased at Full Price

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order
  • We offer exchanges on all orders within the online shop
  • We do not offer a return service. You are responsible for the cost of your own return.
  • A registered satchel is advised. We are not responsible for the returned product until it is receipted in our warehouse
  • Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be actioned from the point of receipt.

Products Purchased in Sale or Promotional Events

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for domestic orders & 90 days for international orders
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Refunds on the sale of promotional items are not part of our returns policy. In this event, we offer a store credit to be used within twelve months.
  • Products purchased in a sale or in a promotion are not eligible for an exchange.
  • We do not offer a free return service. You are responsible for the cost of your own return.
  • A registered satchel is advised. We are not responsible for the returned product until it is receipted in our warehouse

How do I Make a Return?

  • Quote your order number and the reason for your return
  • Upon receipt, the product will be checked by our Quality Control Team
  • Once approved a refund or credit note will be issued along with an email confirming this.
  • Please allow 14 days from the point of receipt at our warehouse for this to be actioned.

  • The item name
  • Photos that show the fault of the item
     

Customised Items

Returns & Repairs

Once orders have been confirmed for custom-made items they may not be canceled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order as we do not offer returns or refunds on the custom-designed kit. Any errors, defects, or shortages need to be notified to Pontoon within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Pontoon's mistake we will correct it. To return faulty garments please call for authorisation first (+61 (2) 8324 7568) and then send to:

NB: Returned garments must be laundered and clean. Soiled garments will be returned to customers without repair.
