The design process usually takes one to two weeks and officially ends with your approval of the garment design in writing. If you have created a design using our Design Studio, we can begin right away (pending your approval via email). We are happy to make small changes to your design (for free!) but this will slow down the process, depending on the changes.
Order Window for Team Order Portal
If you used our Team Order Portal, delivery time starts as soon as the order window closes. This date will have been chosen by you or your team manager. If you need your garments for a certain delivery date, we suggest you plan ahead and place your order 8 weeks prior to ensure they arrive in time.
We commence production when your order is confirmed by one of the following two methods:
- Your team order is successfully submitted and paid for via the Team Order Portal.
- When we receive your final approval via email on a garment spec sheet, confirmed quantity/sizes and payment in full.
If you have ordered using our Design Studio and then T.O.P.,we will still email you to confirm your design. We do not begin manufacturing until we have the final design approved in writing.
All Pontoon garments are unique and one-of-a-kind designs. Once we have an approved order the items will leave our factory in four to six weeks, depending on the product.An approximate guide to production times are as follows:
- Pontoon Lycra Kit: 4 weeks
- Pontoon Outerwear: 6 weeks
- Pontoon Technical Kit: 4 weeks
- Pontoon Casual Kit: 4 weeks
Shipping times are quoted in addition to the production time and may vary depending on where in the world you are.
Here are some approximate shipping times:
- Australia and New Zealand: Up to 1 week
- Pacific Islands: Up to 1 week
- UK and Europe: Up to 2 weeks
- USA: Up to 2 weeks
