All designs, including patterns, layouts, and graphics, created by Pontoon remain the intellectual property of Pontoon until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, the client will have exclusive rights to the design on their purchased products, but the underlying design elements remain the intellectual property of Pontoon.

If clients provide their own designs, they must ensure they have the appropriate rights or permissions to use any element of the design. The client is solely responsible for any copyright infringements or disputes arising from the use of such designs.

While we pride ourselves on our design capabilities, Pontoon does not create club crests from scratch. Clients must provide their existing club crests in a suitable digital format for any customizations or integrations onto sportswear. Any adjustment or scaling needed can be made by our team to fit the product appropriately.

Upon completion of a design draft, a digital mock-up will be shared with the client for approval. Any further revisions may incur additional charges.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any designs, ideas, or other information shared by the client will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of creating the sportswear product.

Pontoon is not liable for any damages or claims that might arise from the wear and use of the sportswear products. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to design interpretations, color variations from digital mock-ups, or the positioning of logos and text.

All design services must be paid in full before the production of sportswear products begins. Any delays in payment might result in delays in the production and delivery of products.

Pontoon reserves the right to terminate any design project if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions.

Pontoon may update these terms and conditions periodically. Clients will be informed of any major changes that may affect their orders.
